Thrive Tribe Terms and Cancellation Policy

ThriveTribe recommends participants, registered or not, to purchase Emergency Trip & Cancellation Insurance in order to protect their investment. ThriveTribe is not responsible to provide refunds for personal, medical, political or acts of God preventing the event or stay from taking place.

Insurance is not included for retreat participants, but is strongly recommended. Insurance purchased should include a Cancel for Any Reason Clause. Insurance can be purchased through ThriveTribes partner, Global Rescue. Participants must purchase insurance within 20 days of placing their deposit or paying their ticket in full, and provide receipt to ThriveTribe  at  [email protected] . This link can be used for participants and should be insisted on to protect the investment of all involved: https://partner.globalrescue.com/thrivetribewellness/index.html

You have 20 days after making your first deposit to enroll in Global Rescue’s “CFAR” policy, which offers the highest level of trip protection. After that, this option is no longer available. With CFAR, you’re able to Cancel For Any Reason and receive your trip investment back.

In the event that a participant cancels their retreat participation, and participant fails to protect their retreat ticket purchase with Cancel for Any Reason Insurance or disputes the charge for their retreat  purchase for any reason, Thrive Tribe will notify participant of dispute and submit a counter-dispute. Payment plans are in full or three payments. Down Payment is specified per accommodation type and 2 additional split payments shall be made to pay balance prior to 30 days of retreat date.

Participant is responsible for Credit card processing on our WeTravelWebsite fees and fee will be assessed at purchase. There are processing fees assessed for every ticket transaction payment including partial payments. To avoid credit card fees, please pay via Zelle, Cashiers Check, or Wire (participant incurs wire surcharge of 10 USD).
